2. Orders By placing an order, you confirm that all provided information is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Pricing All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including 3D visuals, branding, and imagery, is the property of Iconic Ego and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Right of Withdrawal As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receipt. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

6. Liability Iconic Ego is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
