At Iconic Ego, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.
Right of Withdrawal Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at your registered email before the 14-day period expires. Once we receive your return request, you have another 14 days to ship the item back to us.
Conditions for Returns

- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase required
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
